At SLV TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., we build StaffSync360 to empower recruitment agencies and staffing firms. We are highly confident in the value our platform delivers. However, we understand that software is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and sometimes a product may not perfectly align with your operational needs.
To ensure a risk-free experience for our new customers, we have established a clear and transparent refund policy in accordance with industry standards.
The 14-Day Refund Guarantee
We proudly offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy for all new subscriptions.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within exactly 14 calendar days from the date of the original transaction.
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
To qualify for a refund under our 14-day policy, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Your formal written request for a refund must be received by our support team within 14 days (336 hours) of the exact timestamp of your original purchase.
- First-Time Purchases: The 14-day refund policy applies strictly to your first initial subscription purchase. It does not apply to subsequent renewals, upgrades, or returning customers who have previously utilized the refund policy.
- Account Standing: Your account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sending spam, abusive behavior).
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Subscription Renewals: Monthly or annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle.
- Custom Services: Fees paid for custom implementation, data migration services, custom API integrations, or dedicated training sessions are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Add-on Credits: Purchases of consumable credits (e.g., SMS credits, WhatsApp messaging credits, AI parsing credits) are non-refundable once the credits have been allocated to your account.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@slvtechnologies.com from the email address registered with your StaffSync360 account.
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]".
- Include your transaction ID or invoice number, and optionally, a brief reason for cancellation (your feedback helps us improve!).
Our billing team will review your request within 24-48 business hours. Once approved, the refund will be processed immediately on our end.
Processing Time & Timelines
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions and refunds safely.
Once a refund is initiated by us, standard processing times apply. It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, credit card statement, or UPI linked account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
